Life Skills Development
We support participants in working towards their goals through life skills development, helping them build independence, confidence, and essential everyday skills so they can make the most of their lives. Our focus is on supporting you to live as autonomously as possible by strengthening abilities such as problem-solving, communication, social interaction, daily living activities, critical thinking, and more. Through structured life skills training and disability skill development, you’ll gain practical tools to face life’s challenges with confidence.
