TRANSPARENT PRICING
Self Managed and Self Managed PLUS are both charged under a transparent fixed fee structure – currently 15% for Self Managed and 26% for Self Managed PLUS – with no setup fees, no daily fees, or exit fees.
This means more of your Home Care Budget is available for care and services, not provider fees
What is a
Home Care Package?
The Home Care Package program was established by the Australian Government to assist older Australians to live independently in their own home.
The program is designed to provide flexible, tailored support according to a person’s health care needs. Funding is allocated after formal assessment and can include services to help a person stay:

WELL AND INDEPENDENT
With personal care, nursing, and allied health support

COMFORTABLE AT HOME
With cleaning, gardening, home maintenance and nutritional support

CONNECTED TO YOUR COMMUNITY
With transport and social support services
Eligibility is assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). If approved, you are allocated funding according to your care needs, helping you continue living at home.

All Trusted Care recipients have a dedicated care partner, access to our team of clinical nurses, and the backing of our finance and compliance teams to support you to manage your Home Care Package and help you live life your way, at home.


WHAT IS
SELF-MANAGEMENT?
Self-management is a great way to keep control over how your Home Care Package is spent. It doesn’t mean you have to go it alone but rather offers the flexibility to get help with as much or as little of the process as you choose.
That might include support to:

Choose the care workers and support services you want, and when you want them

Find services at rates that are acceptable to you

Ensure your services are paid on time with our daily payment runs
